Omanlaisena Yhdessä -hanke

Omanlaisena Yhdessä on EU:n osarahoittama hanke, joka toteutetaan ryhmähankkeena MLL:n Kainuun ja Pohjois-Suomen piireissä. Hankkeessa edistetään maahan muuttaneiden henkilöiden hyvinvointia, sosiaalista osallisuutta ja hyviä väestösuhteita.

Toteutusaika: 2.5.2026-30.4.2029
Hankkeen tavoitteet:

• Maahan muuttaneet henkilöt löytävät paremmin olemassa olevat lapsiperheiden avoimet kohtaamispaikat

• Yhdenvertaisuus ja moninaisuus lisääntyvät lapsiperheiden järjestölähtöisessä toiminnassa sekä maahan muuttaneiden henkilöiden osallisuus lisääntyy järjestölähtöisen toiminnan avulla

• Maahan muuttaneiden toimiminen vapaaehtoistehtävissä lisääntyy

Together as our own -project

Together as our own is a project co-funded by the European Union and implemented as a joint project by the Mannerheim League for Child Welfare (MLL) districts of Kainuu and Northern Finland. The project promotes the well-being, social inclusion, and positive community relations of people with an immigrant background.

Project duration: 2 May 2026 – 30 April 2029

Project objectives:

• People with an immigrant background will more easily find existing open meeting places for families with children.

• Equality and diversity will increase in organization-based voluntary activities for families with children, and the participation of people with an immigrant background will be strengthened through these activities.

• The involvement of people with an immigrant background in volunteer roles will increase.
